Warranty

We care about our products and of course do our best to deliver them to you in great condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order damages during transport or that something else happens that gives you a warranty claim. Legally, you are obliged to report the defect to us within two months of discovering it. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will take care of repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first raise complaints with us by contacting us. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation through WebwinkelKeur at https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil. It is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at https://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not already being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
