What are the advantages of a business account at WBNet?

If you use our products professionally, you can apply for a business account. The following benefits apply to this:

  • At least 13% discount on our products with no minimum order quantity, further discount on request for orders of 10 pieces or more.
  • Fast delivery times as we ship from our own stock on the same business day if ordered before 16:00.

How can I request a business account?

You can request a business account by following these steps:

  1. Create an account through this link.
  2. Click on "Add my first address" and fill in the form completely. Here, it is important that you enter your VAT number and that the company name and address are correct.
  3. Send an e-mail from the e-mail address used to create an account to b2b@wbnet.eu. Mention the following:
    1. That you want to apply for a business account.
    2. What kind of business you have, e.g. electrician.
    3. Which products you are interested in, e.g. LED strip lights.
    4. What you want to use these products for, e.g. resale.

As soon as we receive your application, we will approve your account within 24 hours, after which you will have access to the correct prices.

How can I contact you as a business customer?

As a business customer, you can contact us by e-mail at b2b@wbnet.eu. We always respond to this within 24 hours, but usually faster.

Is intra-Community delivery possible?

This is indeed possible. If you have a company with a valid VAT number in an EU country other than the Netherlands, we charge a 0% VAT rate.

Can I return products as a business customer?

In the following cases at least, it is possible as a business customer to return products free of charge:

  • The product does not work.
  • The product was bought based on wrong information.

In other cases, please contact us for the possibilities. It is often still possible for small quantities. However, the shipping costs are then at your own expense.

What are the shipping costs for business customers?

Orders from business customers are always sent as (Euro)BusinessParcel via GLS. This is insured up to €500 with an excess of €50. The following shipping costs and transit times normally apply. However, it may take slightly longer to islands, in which case a surcharge applies. This surcharge is €6.50 excluding VAT for Dutch Wadden Islands and €27.50 excluding VAT for European Islands.
